Over 500 educators from Boston, Lynn, Salem, Newton, Brockton, and Chelsea were in attendance to hear remarks from Brittany Packnett Cunningham, author, activist, and leader of liberation. She reminded us that JOY is the strategic advantage that we have always possessed, and she inspired our community to continue the fight for collective justice, especially on behalf of our children. We danced, we built community, we celebrated the school year’s end, and recommitted to the school year ahead.
